The BIG News!!!

So, I know I'm a day behind on posting this week. In all honesty, I can't seem to get myself into a schedule yet. I'm hoping that will come once school and work start for everyone. I will no longer have the option to stay up late and lazily get out of bed in the mornings. :)

My BIG news this week is...

I sold my first piece on Etsy!!!! (I made sure to highlight the sold part, in case you accidentally missed it) LOL

It came as a complete shock. The piece was listed a couple of months back and I was about to take the listing off. The desk was adorable and I'd grown attached after the amount of hours I spent on it. My folks were nice enough to let me keep it at their house and store it for the next year while we live here in Pennsylvania. However, three days after we arrived here I received an email that my desk had been purchased. The hilarity came when I saw that the buyer was located in Brooklyn, NY. I could have added the desk to our household shipment if I had only known. :)

Since this was my first sale, I had a few learning lessons along the way, but all is going well so far. The desk is currently in transit to Brooklyn and will hopefully arrive within the next week.

Thank you all for your support with this new adventure I'm pursuing. I can't wait to see what God has in store for the future.
